Returns & Refunds – Smuggler Style
Changed your mind? Ordered the wrong stash? Don’t need the loot anymore? No problem, Captain. Here’s how our returns and refunds work – straight and simple.
Unhappy With Your Haul?
We want every order to feel like striking gold. If for any reason you’re not happy, you can send your goods back to us within 14 days, unused and in their original, unopened packaging, for a full refund or exchange. Just mark the package “Return-To-Sender (RTS)” and let the postal service bring it back to our docks. We only refund return postage if the items were damaged, faulty, or if we sent you the wrong gear.
We’re not responsible for items damaged or lost by the postal service – so get a postal receipt or use recorded delivery, just to be safe.
How To Return
Whether you’re using the Post Office or arranging a collection, make sure you include some ID in the package (like your order number and name) and email us so we know it’s coming.
Exchanges
Need to swap an item? Inside the UK we send exchange orders free of charge. If the new item costs less, we credit you the difference; if it costs more, we’ll contact you to settle the balance before we ship.
Cancelling Orders
Changed your mind right after checkout? Email hello@seedsmugglers.com with your order number and reason, and we’ll cancel it before it ships. If your order’s already left port, we treat it as a return under our policy.
Refund Timing
Refunds are made to the same payment method used for your purchase. We aim to process refunds as fast as possible – usually within 14 days. Busy season? It may take a bit longer, but never more than 30 days.

Please email us before sending anything back so we can prepare the crew to receive it.
